According to www.rnews.com, all 18 schools will remain closed. This just went up on their site within the past half hour or so.
I wish this were not true and do not know what to say. Everyone made a valiant effort, and I was hoping for a better result.
I'm sorry; I meant 13 schools will remain on the closing list (typo).
